WHATThe concept
If medication is part of your path, this week is about maturity and planning. GLP-1 support can be genuinely helpful — but decisions about staying on, changing dose, tapering, or coming off require real medical conversations. This week prepares you for that conversation. Not to self-prescribe. To show up informed. Smart medical decisions come from smart preparation.
❤️
WHYWhy it matters
The quality of a medical conversation is directly related to the quality of the information you bring to it. A prescriber who hears "I think I want to stop" has less to work with than one who hears "my hunger return day has been day 4 for the last three months, my food noise score is stable at 3, my habits are consistent, and I want to discuss a taper timeline." The second conversation leads to a better outcome. Research on patient-provider communication shows that patients who come to appointments with organized questions and clear goals receive better care and make more informed decisions.

HOWHow to apply it
**Complete the Prescriber Conversation Prep Sheet.** Include: 1. **Key benefits you have experienced** — be specific, with data where possible 2. **Side effects or challenges** — honest and specific 3. **Your questions** — write them out clearly so you do not forget them in the appointment 4. **Your concerns** — what are you worried about? 5. **What long-term success looks like for you** — what do you want your medication relationship to look like in 12 months? Bring this to your next prescriber appointment. It will make the conversation significantly more productive.
